About Andrew Rahaman, Ed.D.

Early in my career, I realized that leadership isn’t about titles or authority—it’s about transformation. I watched entire teams change direction when a leader became more self-aware, more curious, and more connected. That insight has guided my work ever since.

For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across industries and continents—from Fortune 100 executives and federal agencies to high-growth startups in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. No matter the setting, the common thread is the same: people want to lead with purpose and see their impact ripple through the organization.

As the founder of PeakLine Performance, I bring both data-driven insight and deep human connection to help leaders see themselves clearly, align around what matters most, and create meaningful change.
